Federal Law Facilities

Currently, the manufacturing processes of enterprises will inevitably adopt the latest technology, computerization and informatization. However, the priority is to ensure industrial safety of hazardous production facilities of the enterprise (GCO). According to the Federal Law 116-FZ "On industrial safety of hazardous production facilities" Industrial Safety gco – state protection of the vital interests of the individual and society from accidents at hazardous industrial facilities and the consequences of the accident "1. Annex 1 to the consideration of the Federal Law states that the category of gco include facilities for which are: 1) are obtained, used, recycled, generated, stored, transported, destroyed the following hazardous substances: 1) flammable substances and 2) oxidizing agents, and 3) flammable substances, 4) explosive substances, 5) toxic substances; 6) highly toxic substances, and 7) substances presenting a danger to the environment. 2) use the equipment working under pressure more than 0,07 or megapascals at temperatures hot water over 115 degrees Celsius, and 3) are used permanently installed lifting devices, escalators, cableways, chairlifts, and 4) are obtained by melt ferrous and nonferrous metals and alloys on the basis of these melts; 5) mining operation is underway, work on the mineral processing, as well as work in underground conditions 1. This Federal Law also establishes a definition of the following concepts: the accident – the destruction of buildings and (or) technical devices used at hazardous production facilities, uncontrolled explosion and (or) release of hazardous substances 1; incident – failure or damage technical equipment used at hazardous production facilities, deviation from the regime of the process, contrary to the provisions of this Federal Law, other federal laws and other normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, as well as standard technical documents establishing the rules for working in hazardous production facility 1.
